I've been looking for a house for years on and off before working with Chris. Chris went above and beyond to find me this home. He literally sought it out at a time I would have ignored it (as it had no pictures posted online which I ignored homes like that due to bad experiences before) and had only been on the market for a few hours. Chris went there on his own and video chatted me to show me he had found exactly what I was looking for and it was that and more. He also gave me good insider tips in this case which made all the difference in my offer getting accepted verse all the others.

Since I also know Chris on a familial level, I've known him all my life and can also attest to how hard of a worker he is at everything he does. He is incredibly dedicated and will not stop to get you into the best possible home. As a homeowner and savvy investor himself, he has the expertise and experience which won't steer you wrong. I don't think he believes his job is just to get you into a home, he wants you to be happy and get the best investment for your life long after you've moved in! Chris is by far the easiest person to communicate with during a home buying process.. mine by far wasn’t an easy one more of a get it done... but no matter what what obstacles we went through he work diligently in a timely fashion... i am now a homeowner!!
